Dreams Hotel Puerto Rico San Juan

We loved the hotel, it was popular and fairly clean. Continental breakfast had lots of options, like bread, butter and cookies.

The hotel was impeccably clean, I liked it.

The area was very bad.

The location was wonderful, relatively close to Museum of History.

Charming hotel, top-class staff, air-conditioned room, large bathroom.

Little place, fairly clean, neat rooms and pleasant staff. 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop.

Reasonably priced hotel, all of the staff were caring and hospitable, perfect location in the university district.

We loved staff and rooms of this eco-friendly hotel.

Our bed was very uncomfortable.

The stay was fine! Cozy hotel located in a downtown area really close to Old San Juan, the University of PR. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees where not very friendly. The easy check-in process too. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was free.

The location was about 0.5 miles from the airport. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was very small. The breakfast was savoury with a local bakery and served by the accommodating staff.

Absolutely incredible location, beautiful rooms and beautiful staff. They made my stay excellent.

Overall really great stay. Fairly clean quiet accommodation with especially helpful staff and excellent location close to the airport. The room was cozy with a huge bathroom. The excellent service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Lobby was nice.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The breakfast was delightful and the staff was willing to help, the bed was fine. Strategic location, within walking distance of El Guatibiri.

Amazing stay in the central area. Room was fairly quiet, beds were big, breakfast was marvellous. Nice view, nice balcony. Nice staff that were eager to help to us.

It made my trip to San Juan an such wonderful experience. Hotel was WELL PRICED and pretty clean. Found in the metropolitan area. Outdoor bar was small. The service was attentive too.

We had the most very good few days there. Pretty decent location and spotless place, we liked top class staff. The room was updated, more than adequate and had facilities one might need. Generally the service was friendly.

It was the best of San Juan hotels I visited before now. No words to describe how I loved rooms and staff. The bed in my room was really comfortable.

food and staff were the best things. sushi porteno restaurante was situated next to the accommodation. i loved the chinese cuisine served here. private parking on-site was provided.
